Icecream Republic

Icecream Republic (yep, there’s been a name change) makes small batch icecream, gelato and sorbet from fresh local ingredients. They make all their flavours from scratch, and use no artificial colours or flavours.

Flavours range from the traditional to the avant garde – inspired by local produce, by best quality chocolate and by David Bowie alike.

You’ll find the scoopery window near the base of the big chimney.
You’ll also generally find the Icecream Republic van at the Castlemaine Farmers’ Market – Wednesdays 2.30pm to 5pm.
