Cabosse & Feve is an artisan chocolaterie that handcrafts products using carefully chosen quality ingredients. Cabosse & Feve is a husband and wife team, Freya Schellhorn and Thomas Vandaele.
Freya (chocolatier) comes from a chocolate background, previously working in renowned chocolate companies. She and her husband chose to open in Castlemaine to provide quality products with an artistic flair.
They are located in the food hall (on the left under the verandah as you are heading to Das Kaffeehaus) and welcome everyone to take a look through their windows straight into the kitchen and watch the products being made. There is a beautiful and tasty range of Christmas gift options on offer, including Christmas baubles in milk, dark, and white chocolate with caramelised popcorn enrobed in cinnamon inside. There are also the most divine truffles which are 62% dark chocolate with spices and Brandy soaked currants.
Opening hours: 10am to 4.30pm Tuesday to Sunday (closed Monday).
