Of the 40+ businesses based at The Mill Castlemaine, many of them are owned, co-owned or managed by women. This International Women’s Day we shine a spotlight on these women and celebrate their creativity, conviction, spirit and success.

We’ve loosely ordered the list in order of longest to newest on site, although this doesn’t necessarily reflect how long they have been in business.
