Real Strength is a safe, friendly and inclusive strength training studio for people of all ages, gender identities, fitness levels and abilities – with a special focus on the over 55’s.
They are not your average gym…there are no machines or mirrors! Instead you’ll find a relaxed space with an eclectic mix of music, lots of celebratory clapping, and many smiling faces.
They offer small group classes and personalised training with a qualified powerlifting coach to ensure correct and safe technique.
They focus on three compound movements: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. These movements work every muscle group in the body and are useful in everyday life, like getting out of the car, lifting a child, gardening or carrying your shopping.
This is an extremely effective and efficient way of training that requires only two sessions per week to feel incredible results.
