A shared winemaking space established in the old Castlemaine Woollen Mill in 2015 and home to Minim Wine (Tim Sproal). Boomtown is driven by a collective philosophy of making small batch, honest wines, sourcing fruit from great Central Victorian sites.

Boomtown is a local winery, cellar bar, bistro and event space located at The Mill in Castlemaine. A place to gather and share local food and wines, grown and made by us and our friends here on Djaara Country.
